When you have acquired the best lasers, shield, and ship. You are consider “full elite” with in Dark Orbit. Often time this will cost money if you choose the easy quick way. The other method of to play it save and mine minerals and save enough cr and uri to buy these special equipments.
Don’t get frustrated if it takes a while because I know some of the best players on Dark Orbit that have not spent a dime and they are full elite and have the some of the best ships. So keep plugging away and remember that Dark Orbit is a very fun game.
